Electronic Press Kit – Length: 8 min
A Chicago band with a great alternative/pop sound. This project was originally created for New Native Productions, a Chicago based, Asian American TV magazine. The footage was then repurposed as an electronic press kit for the band, adding better interview and more concert footage.
Although EBF has since broken up and gone their separate ways, this is a great sample of the kind of music they made and a nice intro to what the band was about.

Documentary – Length: 15 min
Arcadio Calabas retells his WWII experience of being captured by the Japanese and set on a 60-mile march with 76,000 Filipino and American prisoners of war, called the Bataan Death March.
The concept was to have teenagers interview the remaining Filipino World War II vets about their experiences and learn about their history in the process. The core issue of this series is about how the US government has denied Filipino veterans their rights to benefits, arguing that the Filipinos weren't really soldiers.
This is a sample used to raise funds from grant foundations, to be developed into a bigger project.
